Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Hire with Columbus services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Services.

2. Description of Services

Hire with Columbus provides Employer of Record (EOR) services, including:

  • Global employment and payroll services
  • Compliance management in 185+ countries
  • Benefits administration
  • Contractor management
  • Visa and work permit assistance
  • HR support and consultation

3. Service Fees and Payment

Pricing: Services start at $179 per employee per month. Additional fees may apply based on country, services required, and other factors.

Payment Terms: Fees are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur penalties.

No Setup Fees: We do not charge setup fees for standard service activation.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about employees
  • Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
  • Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
  • Promptly respond to requests for information
  • Pay all fees according to payment terms
  • Not use Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Hire with Columbus Responsibilities

We commit to:

  • Act as the legal employer for your designated employees
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws
  • Process payroll accurately and on time
  • Provide support with average response time of 15 minutes
  • Maintain confidentiality of your business information
  • Deliver services with professional competence

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services are owned by Hire with Columbus and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hire with Columbus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Hire with Columbus harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our Services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will assist with the transition of employees according to local laws and regulations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
